We refer to discrimination when someone is being treated differently or when a group is making many people feel bad about being different. This treatment that they received is very unfair. People can be discriminated for various reasons: political, racial, age, economic (status), labour force, gender, education, ideology and physical.

Actually the main problems of discrimination are the rasism and the xenophobia. With increasing migration discrimination by nationality is increasing, because the social groups existing in the recipient country will be threatened in its resources, its economy and its opportunities. The causes of discrimination would have to be analyzed from different points of view, take the viewpoint of the discriminator and from the standpoint of discrimination. Which discriminates not only impairs the living but can be discriminated against by another group.
